From application to live.

Four steps. Typically 48 hours end to end. Nothing about the process is designed to feel fast for its own sake — it is designed to be clear.

The four steps

Apply

≈ 15 minutes

Complete the online application. The form captures personal details, the mandate being applied for, a short suitability assessment, and proof of identity and address. There is nothing in the form the firm would not ask in person.

Review

≈ 24–48 hours

The firm reviews the submission, verifies the documents provided, and confirms suitability for the chosen mandate. The client receives a confirmation email at each stage. Larger allocations may require a short additional review.

Fund

As soon as bank transfer clears

Once the review is complete, the client transfers capital to the custody account via bank transfer. The custodian confirms receipt and the account becomes active. The firm has trading authority only — it cannot withdraw client funds.

Live

Immediate

The client receives dashboard credentials and sets a password on first login. The dashboard shows positions, performance, and account status. Monthly statements follow from the first full month under management.

After you are live

What ongoing looks like.

Monthly statements.

A performance statement is issued on the first business day of each month. It shows the month’s return, the cumulative return since inception, and a short written note on what happened.

Live dashboard.

The client dashboard shows current balance, open positions, and transaction history. Mandate terms, signed contracts, and firm documents are available in the same place.

Direct access to Felix.

Clients write to Felix directly with questions. There is no relationship-management layer. Responses typically arrive within a day.

Redemptions.

After the mandate’s lock-up period, redemptions are processed during dealing windows. The notice period and window frequency depend on the mandate — see the accounts page for details.
